Our founders saw firsthand the challenges families face when caring for aging parents or loved ones with complex needs. They recognized the emotional and practical burden that often falls on families trying to balance caregiving with work, personal responsibilities, and their own well-being.
Drawing on their experience in health care and social services, they set out to create a support service that families could truly rely on—one that offers not only professional care, but also genuine compassion, consistency, and peace of mind.

Today, Solus Support Services is guided by a leadership team with more than 150 years of combined experience across the health care and social care sectors.

Our leadership team works closely with caregivers and coordinators across Ontario to maintain the highest standards of care while continually improving the services we offer to clients and families.
