As a Coordinator, you will work to build a referral pipeline, increase revenue across our services and provide management oversight to our Community Support Workers/ Enhanced Personal Support Works.
The coordinator works within a regulatory framework and in accordance with the goals and vision of our social enterprise.
If you are an experienced, dedicated and skilled individual who
College Diploma/University Degree in CSW, DWS, SSW, CYW, or equivalent
Preferred 5 years’ experience supporting individuals with Psychosocial challenges
Preferred of 2 years supervisory experience in social service environment
Vulnerable Police Sector Screening
Driver’s License
An Entrepreneurial spirit
Passionate interest in making a difference
Team leadership skills and demonstrated success in supervising staff
Proven communication skills (both verbal and written)
