As a Coordinator, you will work to build a referral pipeline, increase revenue across our services and provide management oversight to our Community Support Workers/ Enhanced Personal Support Works.

The coordinator works within a regulatory framework and in accordance with the goals and vision of our social enterprise.

If you are an experienced, dedicated and skilled individual who

  • College Diploma/University Degree in CSW, DWS, SSW, CYW, or equivalent

  • Preferred 5 years’ experience supporting individuals with Psychosocial challenges

  • Preferred of 2 years supervisory experience in social service environment

  • Vulnerable Police Sector Screening

  • Driver’s License

  • An Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Passionate interest in making a difference

  • Team leadership skills and demonstrated success in supervising staff

  • Proven communication skills (both verbal and written)
